We are a 1940s mansion that forms part of the city’s architectural heritage, carefully restored to host meaningful experiences. Today, we operate as a dynamic exhibition center, offering our facilities to art galleries and multidisciplinary cultural projects from around the world.
Our Space
Run by art world professionals, casa 480 is designed to offer an impeccable experience. The property, with a total area of 1,530 m2, combines architectural elegance with modern functionality.
- Exhibition Areas: We have 200 m² of open-plan galleries, perfectly lit and climate-controlled, ready to host any curatorial proposal.
- Outdoor Pavilion: A 303 m² area designed for events, open-air installations, or receptions.
- Covered Terrace: A 101 m² transition space ideal for relaxation and social gatherings.
- Additional Facilities: The house includes an office, library, kitchen, loading and unloading access and parking for 10 vehicles..

We specialize in organizing Pop-ups and offer the rental of the entire space for exhibition projects. Our proposal is designed so that creators and gallerists can focus exclusively on their work.
